All Winter Valley’s fruits and vegetables are deep frozen the very same day that they are harvested.

The IQF (Individually Quick Freezing) method ensures optimum product freshness after thawing. Fruits and vegetables are frozen very rapidly in a special high speed freezer, thus preserving as many positive natural product qualities as possible.

The quality of the products is guaranteed by:

·Keeping close contact with the customer regarding RoD
 ·Producing and selling products in accordance with current quality and health norms as stipulated in laws, statutes and regulations
 ·Producing in accordance with standards of quality certification systems such as HACCP, ISO, BRC, EFSIS, IFS etcetera
 ·Adapting the production to customer needs regarding product standards and microbiological specifications
 ·Certifying that the products are GMO free
 ·Making sure that transporters follow current routines within their area to maximize quality and durability of the transported products

The environment:
As a food producing company we are dependent on a good environment as Winter Valley products come from nature. By caring for the environment throughout the entire process – from cultivation to delivery – the company aims to optimize its impact on the environment.

Environment demands are guaranteed by:

 ·Controlling the amount of additives and pesticides
 ·Packaging the products in recyclable packing
 ·Considering means of transport in order to minimize pollution

How We Do It?

  1. Cultivation for vegetables before picking.
  2. Pick vegetables from fields.
  3. Supply of row mat to plant.
  4. Rinsing to remove soil and grit to wash a way foreign objects.
  5.   6. Cooling immediately after blanching using water at 5ìc to prepare for faster freezing to ensure better quality.
